Mezzo Lofts in a 146-unit housing development located in Charlestown, Massachusetts. Because this relatively large building is set within an existing residential neighborhood the design was limited to 4 stories in height, in an effort to maintain the scale of the area. Likewise, a large courtyard was established in the center of the complex to provide significant open green space and a residential feel for the residents. The units themselves were conceived as lofts, with high ceilings and primarily open and flexible layouts. Once purchased, unit owners has the option to customize the interior design of their space based on three design packages created by our design team
